I just called to order a last minute bouquet for a friends birthday (that I had forgotten) It was the most beautiful wild flower bouquet I have ever seen, and they had it delivered to Pembroke within the hour! They weren't going to be heading into Pembroke again, but were able to make it happen for me. I have been in weddings where they have made the bouquets, and they were so stunning. That is why I called them first today! Thank you so much!

Amazing customer service, I ordered online and typed in my credit card info wrong without realizing, they still made sure they delivered the flowers on time and a very sweet lady called and told me and said it wasn't a problem and not to worry and I gave her the number over the phone so she could charge me. What other company would ever do that?! so kind. My friend was very surprised and she said they were very beautiful - so glad I trusted Kevin's Flowers.

Buyer be warned. You may luck out and get something nice but Kevin and his staff do not listen and take extraordinary creative licence that could have a negative impact on your special event. We were horribly disappointed in Kevin’s flowers and he took no responsibility when we were unhappy. He took our money and told us his work was great even though it was completely wrong for the occasion. The arrangements were so tacky we couldn’t even use them. We had to go to another florist for last minute replacements.

Being from out of town in northern Ontario, I've ordered from their website twice now (flowers for Mother's Day). Website is easy to use and has a nice selection to fit any budget. Both times the flowers arrived at the time I requested. Mom said the flowers were gorgeous and lasted a long time.
