They're perfectly happy taking your money for applicatipms, but don't bother to let you know if you're denied or why. Very poor professionalism, not at all helpful, rude. I wouldn't bother with this place, they'll just shake you down of your money for nothing. Additionally, this was back in 2015, under a different name as I am Not comfortable having my name online to strangers. However, seeing as so many people say the same thing, it's safe to assume that they do this to many people for little to no reason other than greed.

We completed an application for this company and were charged 50.00 each for the fee. To be fair, it does say that the fee is non-refundable. However, I called less than 24 hours later informing them that we signed with another company and even though they did not use the fee to check our background they still refused to refund the money. It also took 3 calls and an email within a 2 week period to even get a response. I really feel that if someone withdraws their application before it is processed an exception should be made to the refund policy. All this company did for us was steal 100.00. I am thrilled we did not sign a contract with them. Do yourself a favor and go with a company that is fair and cares about their customers. There are property management companies that will refund your application fee if you don't sign a contract with them. These guys clearly just care about themselves.

Lied to me and told me that all applicants are interviewed and shown properties before they begin approval process. I wasted 150 on application fees and was told I’d be contacted to look at the house once it was available for a showing. The very next day I got an email saying it has been rented out. Dishonest, and unprofessional. I suppose we dodged a bullet here, but it’s a shame I won’t get my money back.

The real estate seems ok maybe even good, and I would approve of the property management but the CPA I would not approve of at all. So 1 to 2 out of 3, ok

They must have changed their renting policies, because got denied for unverifiable renters history and credit. Fair credit? bad credit? No credit? Then dont waist money on any of their rentals. Because supposed credit is something they aren't supposed to deny you over. Oh and you better make sure that who ever you have down as previous landlords never has a missed call, didnt change their number, and doesnt go out of signal till after they get a call from Pete Bezy. They make 1 singular call and if the number has been change or the person doesnt answer they will auto deny you for unverifiable rental history.
