Had caravan service last year and they fixed the faults we had, was ready when they said. We had problems with an old Thule cycle carrier and our removable towbar had seized on. Decided to go to Bowman’s after previous experience. Brian tried to get required part, unfortunately not now available. Car was taken into workshop and fifteen minutes later, towbar released, cleaned, lubricated and rust removed. We had used about thirty minutes of their time, yet they charged us nothing. That’s why we are going back to purchase our new cycle carrier.
I found the staff to.be very friendly.and professional. The prices are spot on. They have customer service perfect. Would definately recommend and will definately be going back
