The Sunday after Christmas I get a message from my daughter in law that my favourite grandson was goofing around with his sister, slipped on some ice and broke five front teeth. A rather painful experience. Panic time for Nana. Fortunately we have an amazing dentist, but she wasn’t on call Sunday. However, she requested pictures of his mouth to see what she felt could or should be done. Doctor Trotter has a young son who she was spending a relaxing Sunday morning with but she took it upon herself to take care of my grandson, foregoing her precious family time. She needed an assistant and fortunately Kayla was also willing to spend part of her Sunday taking care of my grandson. A couple of hours later he left with a beautiful smile (along with a frozen face). I want to express my heartfelt thanks and appreciation to both Sarah and Kayla. Kudos to you both for not only your professionalism and expertise but also your kindness and caring way of dealing with this experience. Thank you

I had to get emergency work done on a front tooth that had been knocked loose. Dr. Trotter and Clare the hygienist fit me into their schedule right away, and did an amazing job! Tooth back in place, root canal done, and tooth feels great. Very good customer service from both Clare and Dr Trotter, they kept me updated on what they were doing throughout the work. Clinic has a great modern feel, and fair pricing. Would recommend
