They installed a deck lift for us in Minden Ont. I called to let them know it was not working.They said they had no idea when they would have anybody out our way,but would get back to us. 2 weeks later roughly I never heard back. I was able to fix myself via youtube video. I then phoned left message that I fixed myself,cant reccomend
