Had an absolutely amazing experience with this company! Marliese Maron made it the easiest process as I have a bit of a crazy work schedule she was able to text, email, and call me after work hours! I had the pleasure of having Brandon as my Allstate agent in the process of financing my first vehicle. He was very professional, efficient, and was quick to respond to any questions I had. If I could give zero stars I would. I have been a long time customer of AllState and have had good experiences in the past. Recently, I had a tree fall on my car In a wind storm. No fault of mine. Because my policy was not written correctly they tried to deny a rental (I pay full collision). I called on a Friday around 4:30 to try to fix this. I was told by an employee that because it was not 4:45 on a Friday she was not going to “bother” her manager. I was told I would be called immediate Monday morning to sort this out. No one called on Monday, so I called them and the manager was not in house. Long story short, after multiple emails and voice messages from myself as well as a woman in the adjusters department our west, still no reply. I was left without a vehicle for 5 days, because someone forgot to do their job and/or because the manager at the Peterborough office has better things to do on a Friday afternoon that to make sure their customers needs are met at a very basic level. Terrible service in every sense of the word:/
