Great oatmeal. Less carbohydrate and starch. Easy to cook. Best is Kulikuli. Good for peanut lovers but fat is reduced
Peanut is excellent, it's neatly packed and taste nice can recommend for healthy living. Oatmeal is nice and smooth, easy to make and can replace pounded yam.

The oat meal was fantastic!!! I used it as fufu instead of the usual mashed potatoes mixed with starchy potato powder. It's healthy, not too heavy with low calories.
