The young lady, I don't know her name, did an amazing job. She was gentle, polite and thorough. She was not rushed and I felt really taken care of. My appointment was today Feb.23 2021 @ 4. If I had a suggestion for Apple, I would encourage the girls to give their names. It would make it less cold.

I could not recommend this place enough! The staff are kind, helpful, accommodating and incredibly gentle. And they are very talented. I've been multiple times now and I'm more and more impressed each time im there.
This place is the most un-hygienic nail salon I have been to. They need to be shut down immediately. So dirty. No social distancing and lots of people in there at one time. NOT SAFE!! The waxing room has used paper from the waxing table just piled up on the floor instead of being thrown out. I advised the health board
I booked an appointment today for 12:30. It was one of the best experiences at a nail salon. They were very professional, and took their time on each nail to make sure it was the perfect shape. Made sure I liked what it looked like before finalizing the look. I got exactly what I asked for, looks even better than the reference photo! I definitely will return. Amazing job ladies!
I don't write many reviews unless I have a really good or really bad experience. This review definitely falls into the category of far exceeding expectations! I went to Apple nails on the recommendation of a co-worker who was raving about her first visit with Apple. From the moment I walked in the door, I was impressed with the entire experience. The front staff were very professional, yet warm and friendly. I appreciated the clean, hip, but still very elegant vibe of the place. Apple clearly explained the entire process since it was my first time. Her confidence and skill made me feel totally at ease immediately. The procedure was virtually pain-free and I love the results. I will definitely be back!! and hope to try some of the other services, excellent job Apple!
