A Middle Eastern place run by Uzbeks makes for one of the more distinctive restaurants in Peterborough. The Middle Eastern food here is really good but it is more worthwhile to try some of the dishes from Central Asia. Portions are good sizes and there is a decent amount of seating. Worth a visit for anyone needing a break from cottage country.

Ariyana is the only place in Peterborough that serves authentic middle eastern food and their food reminds me of my mother’s cooking (so very yummy). This is our frequent hangout spot and their food is to die for. I keep coming back and love their food, service and ambience. Most importantly, the prices are pocket-friendly️

Food is decent, but every time I pick up I end up waiting 20 to 30 minutes. It would be great if you work on your pickup timing because this is too much and honestly unacceptable! I didn’t call in to wait longer. They also always overcharge. It's minute, but why do it anyway?
