The 2 lads who delivered my mattress were excellent. First rate communication. I knew well in advance when they were arriving. When they arrived they were friendly and efficient. Cannot fault them at all

Very unimpressed by how the customer service and delivery men dealt with our delivery. We were assured when purchasing the mattress and frame that it would be set up on delivery, only to be left with multiple boxes and the delivery men informing us they have nothing to do with it. We contacted customer service who told us to look to our local store which is closed due to the Pandemic for someone to set it up. Customer service was very unhelpful. Very disappointed by this experience and looking to return the items well worth close to 2000.

they are totally rip off. they are totally rip off. i have ordered two wardrobes with them and get deliver after 4 months with rubbish delivery services and staff. They have promised me for compensation before delivery and they have compensated me with for 20 pounds. Now, i have checked my wardrobes and found out some of the parts are missing. I tried to call the customer and its just put me on waiting list and waiting for their call haven't received any call back from them. Please stay away from them, if you don't want them to rip you. Thanks

***DO NOT USE*** Placed 3 orders on 25/02/2020 Delivery for all 3 orders booked for 7th April. 23rd March, delivery gets cancelled due to covid. Numerous emails and phone calls in attempt to see when we can expect delivery - ignored. All of a sudden 12th of june to say delivery will be 19/06/20.... Rudest driver on the planet drops stuff in hall way and leaves - barely even speaks!! Doesn't look a lot of furniture (flat packed... then find a message on face book replying to a message I sent on the first of june saying one delivery made, other two are due to be delivered August 6th!! Which is no good to me! Now trying to get hold of them to tell them to stick it all up their backsides and refund my money!! Im done waiting for them!!
