Emily Fraser and her staff in the Peterborough store are incredible. I have been going here for a year now and their knowledge and expertise is amazing. Emily's ability to create and craft my orthotics to fit my everyday & running shoes; my hiking, hunting & work boots as well as my sandals, is truly astonishing! The warm and friendly atmosphere make you feel comfortable in asking questions & they show wonderful patience in listening to my needs. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend them if you are experiencing orthotic problems.

Not a comment on their foot care, I have perfect peds. This is a review regarding the fantastic individual working late on Wednesday, who saw concern in my parking spot in front of their store, that had a number of furniture pieces in the truck bed. They knew I wanted to shop for some records with little concern of theft, so they let me know they keep on eye out! Awesome human! Now I will shop their for life!!!!!
Excellent service and care, particularly considering I attended with my aging mother shortly after they opened during the COVID pandemic. It was the first time that my Mom wore a mask, ever! Everyone worked efficiently to help us with the examination, orthotic creation, and selection of shoes. Keep up the amazing service!!
