The condescending, patronising and extremely unhelpful manner you wish to avoid, can be found right here! Want to be talked over? Check! Want to spoken to like a child? Check! Want to be interrupted so you can't get your point across? Check! The rudeness of the receptionists, who need a dose of how to speak to people is long overdue. Make sure you have had a session of yoga, meditation and some calming tea, because these people will bloody test your patience! They're paid to sound like they care and they can't even get that right.

Unable to book an appointment ahead of time, unable to stay on the hold queue due to work commitments. Try to detail this to the lady on the booking lines, get responded too with "yeah well we're all at work at 8" not very helpful or empathetic.
The service today was brilliant, called for an appointment by phone, Doctor called in less than two minutes and 10 minutes later I was at the surgery being checked over couldn’t ask for more
Been with Boroughbury medical Centre from the beginning, I have never had a problem to get an appointment or be seen. Yes sometimes the call waiting times are a bit long but I have always managed to still get through and be seen or at least spoken with a doctor. Overall it’s a great service and doctors there are great. Dr Tariq big thanks especially for my sons referral goes above and beyond to help you with whatever your problem or concerns are very happy with this doctors surgery.
Absolutely fantastic service provided by staff at the centre even in these difficult coronavirus times... received a call back after contacting the appointments line, explained a number of issues and was offered a double booking in order to run through and investigate my concerns in good time. I was offered and received a full health check alongside dealing with the issues raised and all in extremely professional, knowledgeable and caring fashion. Blood test results were received back within less than 48hrs and provided via a telephone call. Great service by great staff, thank you.

Very well organised for the covid rules. The staff helpful polite with a smile. Doctor helpful and assuring. Very clean and as nice, as visiting a surgery can be it's not for pleasure after all.
If you need an appointment urgently, then don't use this surgery. Its hard to get through to anyone to book an appointment. The nursing staff and doctors are caring and helpful.
