I visited your shop yesterday, and Joanne, (I think her name was) who was sorting the plant delivery, was wonderful. In times of such stress and isolation it can take one interaction to affect your day. I feel lucky that she helped me, because she listened and assisted above and beyond.

Found the best Christmas tree ever and it was on sale!
Normally well stocked, but believe pandemic has had supply issues as much was out of stock for what I needed with no expected delivery date. Also wanted to purchase a shower unit, but unable to view display as area cordoned off. The sales staff weren't that interested in helping me anyway. Had to go to a competitor who had what I needed.
Great store of convenience in these Covid times. Just two developing points: The wood cutting machine service is not always running and second the safety gear should be displayed next to the tools it relates to, i. e. Dust masks next to power sanders, be it the maks themselves or a sign for masks. This would really help toward customer's health and safety.
Big store has pretty much everything you need for your DIY project and the staff are very helpful considering that it's Peterborough
