We enlisted the help of Steve and his team to create a new website for our MadAboutPix.co.uk brand that would link to an existing design interface for customers to create their own photographic products. This required the adaptation of a typical e-commerce interface and structure into a hybrid system to suit our requirements. Steve fully understood our needs and was very helpful in our initial consultation in deciding the best way of implementing the desired solution. During the development process he was very prompt in keeping us informed and showing us the site whilst in development so that we had the opportunity to tweak and make changes as required. In this day and age with multiple devices and platforms that sites can be viewed on (mobile / tablet / desktop etc.) it is a challenge to ensure usability is consistent across the board. Where we identified potential usability issues on mobile devices, Steve and his team were equal to the challenge and resolved them very promptly. We would not hesitate to recommend Brandshout to potential clients looking for a new site and we hope to work with Steve and his team again on future projects.
