Underfunded and desperate last resort. It's more like a place people fall into and get stuck than a safety net. Cold showers, mosquitoes, roaches, bed bugs, and unbalanced meals. The dorm gets so hot with no airflow half of the residents are forced into beds at night but have to sleep during the day. Needs more understanding and love. They should enable people to free them from being disabled. But they put residents here on the ropes of life.
