Burger King helped me to obstain from \fastfood\. In personal perspective and experience I was able to get into the best shape of my life by avoiding eating at Burger King (and then fastfood in general). Without going throught the experience with Burger King, if you want to improve the quality of your life, perhaps started with the food that is consumed. Not only is there the known health related concerns but also consider how food (assuming it is food) influences your thoughts and moods.
