Very poor customer service here. Wouldnt recommend. Have been banned for telling a staff member how to turn the telly on I had taken in. She was foreign and didnt know how to work the telly. When she came to me with a poor valuation she stated she couldn't even get it to turn on during testing hence the poor valuation she had given me. I simply told her theres an on/off button at the back and she didnt like my response and refused to serve me. I wasnt happy and questioned her behaviour to which I was banned for my behaviour? after making a complaint to head office still no resolution or apology for the lack of knowledge of the staff on my electrical item which caused them to ban myself and partner. Disgusted
