My wife is chirping at me about this review so I cant give a 1. She received a candle ring gift for christmas that was the wrong size. She tried to exchange it and they didn't check their inventory to see if they had the right size. The gift was bought as part of a but one get on 50% off and they stated she could only exchange for half the ticketed price value as hers must have been the half off. Ultimately, she didn't get what she asked for and ended up spending more just to get something she could use. The store gets a big fail when it comes to the customer experience. If purchasing gifts for loved ones be forewarned.
