2 stars because drinks are good and cheap. Otherwise 1 star. Found 2 pieces of black hair in our food, one in my daughters grilled cheese one in my girlfriends fries. Along with my steak being 3 times over well done cooked and black burnt taste that I won’t forget. But yes they did not charge me for the food, also I may add that the table next to us had exact same experience as us… Will not be going back there.

Came here today with my wife for the first time. The only thing good was the steak. Our server screwed up our order and we ended up paying for two lobster tails at 15 a piece which were both disgusting. The corn served with the steak was cold and flavorless. We also ordered ceasers and whoever made them added wayyyy too much Tabasco. The only thing good was the steak which is why they get 2 stars. Wouldn't recommend this place.
Honeslty what you pay for what you get really isn't worth it. The quality is extremely low, your better off spending the few extra dollars for a proper steak or chicken dinner. When ordering online be prepared to wait in the parking lot 20 mins longer then what your order time was. Be aware of the extra 3% they add on the bill too.
Lobster tail was a bit dry, but overall good service and food.
Second time ordering steak dinners for 2. Absolutely wonderful. Perfectly cooked, delicious & received within half hour still hot. Will continue ordering!
Another good Franchise location that we've come to expect the same great service and food during our dining out experience. This one has a very newer feel to it along with a cleanliness that stands out from the dining area to the restrooms. Keep up the great work.
Order quarter chicken and fries. My chicken came cold inside with a blob BBQ sauce on top, my fries weren't hot either and the dipping sauce was barely warm. Did mention to the supervisor but nothing was done for me not even a small discount on my bill. Also beware of a extra 3% goodness fee on your bill
My boyfriend and I went the second day it opened. It was busy; however, the service was still fantastic. Our waitress never failed to ensure our drinks were always full and our meals were served quickly. We were even offered a free desert! The owner herself took the time to visit the table and ensure we were satisfied. We sure were! I highly recommend this Chucks location. Our new go to spot.
