Since the new management have taken over i must say the service has been excellent. I took my dress to be dry cleaned and altered and found not only my, dress clean and pressed to a high standard but the alteration was so well done you would not have known the stiching was brilliant. The customer service from the staff is excellent to i found them very helpful.

DON'T TAKE YOUR CLOTHES HERE, THEY WEAR THEM. I took my coat on Friday to be cleaned and the lady said me it was going to take a week. Yesterday I saw her from my window with MY COAT ON!!! I know it's my coat because is an old Spanish one. She denied it and I took my coat back. It hasn't been cleaned and stinks to food. Now, smells worse than when I took it. They have refused to refund me the 9.65. Now I feel stupid, I have paid to somebody to wear my clothes. They are disgusting!
If I could give 0/10 I would. Because one of their 'staff' at the Serpentine Green kiosk forgot (or deliberately?) to mark on our receipt that I had paid for our dry cleaning when I dropped it off, my wife was charged again for it when she picked it up. I challenged them but as we had no proof (the genius didn't note that we had paid on the main book either) they refused to refund us. So we ended up paying 50 for the laundering of 2 pairs of trousers and a dress. Oh, and the clothes seemed to smell of smoke after 'cleaning' too. I cannot recommend highly enough that you GO ANYWHERE ELSE INSTEAD!!!!
Took 5 of my wife's dresses there two weeks ago, was so disappointed to see that none of them had been cleaned. Picked them up in the same state that I left them there. Will never be returning again.
