The team at Connor Windows is great! This is our third install with them (we're slowly changing our 45 year old windows). The windows are excellent quality, are reasonably priced, and the installation is done well. Their workers are personable and clean up the work site before leaving. I highly recommend them!

I had been searching for five costly specialty patio door systems, and settled on Conner as having the product I preferred and at a good price. In going over the contract with Darren, I politely but prudently questioned why he was asking for an unusually high lump sum deposit of 40% fully five to six months ahead of the tentative install date. He responded by providing no rationale other than saying that 40% was their firm policy and it wasn’t negotiable. So I then politely asked what comfort he could give me about the creditworthiness of his business In the circumstances, as it was a lot of money for me to put at risk. He called the next day and said that if I wasn’t able to pay the deposit, he wouldn’t be able to do business with me. The tone was to me threatening and bullying in order to get me to yes. With serious red flags raised to me about his business methods, business acumen, and very likely his solvency, I instead took my business to a well regarded supplier in town, my second choice, who has been great to deal with. The product is still not my first choice, but I am happy with it nonetheless. It seems that a number of people have had good experiences with Darren, but to me he seems like a potentially good installer but clearly a bit of a bully and not a trust inspiring businessman. If something seems a little off in your discussions, my advice is to cut and run from him much earlier than I did.

This company is fantastic! Job was completed on schedule but more importantly, the workmanship was excellent! Our screened in porch looks AMAZING! The work site was cleaned up neatly every day & the staff was very nice & friendly including Darren. Thank you so much for a WONDERFUL job well done!
