I guess you can't leave a zero. In my opinion, Grady is one of the most unethical persons I have ever dealt with. He showed us a house that we rented for less than two years. We moved out and left it utterly immaculate - but Grady had the gall and arrogance to make an accusation that we had \trashed the house\ to my face. He was never in the house after he showed it to us. He was simply repeating the vicious comments of a friend of his, Brad Hunt, who was engaged in an absurd and bizarre small claims action against us. Grady was undoubtedly bitter that we didn't use him as our realtor when we purchased a home in Peterborough. Thank God for that!
