Great Pizza but have to put in oven a bit longer when gotten anyhow driver forgot my pop lol anyhow had to go back get it for me. Also sick of playing store to store one says my area is Lansdowne and them say no its the one on Park hill road. U should be able to put notes on customers orders to leave in longer or do U need to tell the rep on line ??

I would to go pick-up at this place, they let you come in store shop. Also they comply by the COVID-19 regulations. No dine in at the moment. But pizza served Hot Staff is friendly and cooperative. Parking is available just in front of the store. Ps. Minor adjustments they can do over the call even special requests.
The MOST PATHETIC PLACE EVER. We ordered a vegetarian pizza with strict instruction but still got meat pieces in it. After complaining the colleague offered a new pizza and refund. We told him to put a note as now we don't want it. After a few days, we ordered the pizza and the lady who was not ready to tell us her name shouted back at us for asking for a free pizza, refused to give us refund, and she only sent a medium pizza instead of large after realising her mistake. When you call, she is shouting on top of her voice (stinga) and told us to go to a different pizza store. Refused to give her name and also went ahead to tell us to make a complain as nothing will be done and there will be no response. PLEASE SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE, WHERE YOU GET YOUR FOOD AND RESPECT. PATHETIC ! WORST SERVICE! WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE !
I can only base this off my personal experience - and it's a review that's long coming I suppose. For a while our experience was bad here, but that was years ago. I suppose having a good team that cares helps and makes all the difference. The last 6 orders I have placed have been flawless I will try to post a pic later - but I have appreciated the care I get when I order usually between 6pm - 9pm. Who ever working those shifts thank you. The drivers have been professional as well; they don't delay delivery once the order is ready to go, and if they get lost all they do is reach out. I wrote a review on KFC dreadful delivery last night, how I had waited an hour, they called me once but couldn't reach, then gave up and brought the food back without another attempt; forcing us to cancel that order and order from dominoes who literally took 20-25 minutes from cook to our door. We tip very well, and I found the drivers here respect that and don't give up looking for a townhouse because it's dark but actually walk around the units (which takes no more than 2 minutes) to deliver. So again thank you, I am very pleased, and so was my family - as our order history shows, we will be ordering again so long as this level of professionalism continues.
Not one to ever write bad reviews but between my last three orders here I am time and time again disappointed. We ordered 5 pizzas the other week as all my roommates came home for a visit. It was 50% off day & all our pizzas came with next to no toppings. Understandable as we got them at a cheap price but that shouldn't be the point of a promotion. I now ordered the chicken bake for the first time today with a single pizza for delivery. We live less than a 10 min walk away but I like supporting drivers when they don't make very much doing their job. Paid 7 for this delivery. Chicken shows up and it looks like this. Burnt all on the bottom that it was gross to eat. Please step up your game Domino's on Park hill so that you can continue to have close by customers supporting your business.
