Aaron's assistance and helpfulness was excellent. The sleep assist was really helpful. The only negative is is that staff are not allowed to discuss a discount with customers. Having spent a lot of money at Dreams over the years and previously being able to get good deals, this was disappointing. This purchased wasn't a small amount of money either. I would have purchased more items were staff able to give some discretionary discount.

I went to this store today and was shocked by how rude some people can be . I was greeted By you need to sanitise and don’t touch anything and if you want to try a bed out you have to ask us first. What a lovely way to greet your customers.I looked round with my sons and we were followed round the upstairs as if he did not trust us not to touch the beds . No customer care at all no one offered us advice at all. So we walked out not buying a bed at all . We went across to furniture village and paid double the price and I was happy to do so due to their high customer care.I really do think you need to sort out your unwelcoming staff.

We have had to buy 2 mattresses from Dreams over the last 1 month, and have found their Customer service to be excellent from Jacob who helped us on both occasions and also the delivery teams who have brought the mattresses to us. Because the mattresses we wanted were both in the shop at the time, we were able to get them delivered quickly and on days that worked for us. You are given a timeslot, which is confirmed by email and also by a text or call confirming this on the day, so no more waiting in all day. Can't recommend highly enough.

Their computerised bed is definitely a novel idea helping you choose the correct mattress. We dealt with Dean who was very helpful and considering we spent a long time with him trying different mattresses was also very patient. When we said we wanted to have a think he didn't turn funny like a lot of people can. We did go back and made sure we dealt with Dean.
