Visiting Euphoria has always been an exceptional experience for me. As soon as you enter the building you can expect a warm welcome from the concierge. Expect a delightful ambience with a fusion of aromas from the Canoe Cafe and the spa itself. Exceptional massage packages and highly skilled registered therapists. I have mostly been treated by Emma and she's miraculous. It's a beautiful spa inside. In the summer there's access to an amazing patio which allows you a 180* panoramic view of the city as well as green space. I would highly recommend this place if you're looking for a holistic experience. It is euphoric indeed.

My spouse and I have been to Spa Euphoria many times over the years. It has always been a luxurious and positive experience. I’m leaving five stars for two reasons. 1) Past experiences there have been, almost always, exceptional in every way. 2) My most recent experience there had an issue or two - nothing major at all - and yet the owner herself took the time and reached out to me about what happened. We’re all human and acknowledging and fixing the odd mishap is all we can do, especially these days. I have in the past recommended Spa Euphoria to friends and family. I continue to do so without hesitation and look forward to my next visit. A top quality destination for spa services in the Peterborough area.

I am sad to have to make this review. I have used the spa previously and was able to get in quickly and had great service. Unfortunatley how situsation are handle can really effect ones desire to come back. I recently booked an appointment march 11 the earliest i could get was the 24th. I was so excited and desperately needed a massage so saved up so i could enjoy a lovely relaxing evening like i had had in the past. When I arrived i was told that I was not booked in for anything. I showed them my email confirmation to show i had been told i was booked in. I do not blame the front desk girl however I was told there was nothing she could do but that she would send images of my email confirmation to her boss and that they would touch base with me the next day. I understand human error but thats not my fault or problem. I was told there is nothing that can be done for me but they could book me in again another 2 weeks out and that i could have a free starbucks. Starbucks doesnt make up for not getting a massage in my opinion. I am incredibly dissapointed in the customer service this time around and will be considering very carefully before or if I return.

Lots of excellent services. Looking forward to using steam room and sauna in the spa again. Sean is a great hair stylist, and scalp massage during shampoo is stand-alone in relaxation!
