I cancelled my membership in summer of 2020 at this location and they have been charging me ever since without my knowledge for a laptop I don't even have. They will keep charging me until I can go in store to cancel whatever other payments they've been scamming me from. Also whatever info you think you need from geek squad, you can google and do it yourself 10 times faster. Whole company is a scam.

They were nowhere to be found. Damn covid-19!
Av receiver I bought was defective, geek squad tried to tell me that a popping noise was normal (it wasn't normal) so i took it back to the store for an exchange and best buy exchanged it (it was less than 2 weeks old) 2nd receiver sounds better right from the start, before full setup. And it does not make any pop noises at all, which could have damaged my speakers!
Was hung up on four times. Put in hold three times and waited ten or more min to be hung up on.
