Went to get glasses fixed there. Left my extremely expensive "Hakim" glasses case. When I went back to get glasses they took my case and said they couldn't find it.. Unbelieveable!!! They handed me a five away case and that was that.. Just unreal.. Ludicrous people to deal with. That's what you get for patronizing such ungrateful, snotty morons.. Never again!!!

I was really happy with the company. They sized my glasses properly. My glasses came on time and they cleaned them very well for me when I got them sized again. The transition is amazing too and I can finally see. Thank you so much Hakim Optical

Peterborough George St.....The man who helped us was great! WE bought 5 pairs of glasses....The younger woman working there is RUDE and disrespectful! ....She is a know it all ...who thinks she is the only one who who knows anything...and is not at all helpful! We have been wearing glasses longer then she has been alive.... and refuse to be disrespected .. ... stay away

I have always had incredible customer service experiences at Hakim. Recently I got an updated distance prescription that was much stronger. The Optometry office didn't include a reading add on my prescription, nor had talked with me about how my middle vision would be wiped out with the strength needed to see distance. As a result I panicked when I received my new glasses as I no longer had the middle distance assistance I needed for my daily work at a computer. Ben at Hakim came to the rescue - he contacted the Optometry office for the "full prescription" and arranged for one of my pairs of glasses to be re-lensed so I could use it for my work. He even drove the pair straight to the lab so I could have them sooner. I was so grateful for his knowledge and assistance. Thank you Ben! And thank you Hakim. For 15 years I've had great experiences with you, and I will always remain a loyal customer. Julie, Peterborough
