There is easy parking and access to the shop. Cycles are upstairs (there is also a lift) and vehicles on the ground floor. If you can't find what you are looking for the staff are very friendly and helpful. It can get busy so choose your times. With the cycle department you can book appointments for collections, repair and service.

I recently bought a dash cam which was installed by Brad at the Peterborough Store. I returned today as an aspect of it wasn’t working as it should. Brad came out to my car and patiently worked his way through the issues. He tried various fixes and finally solved the problem. Well done Brad, great customer service and one very happy customer. 0 STARS IF I COULD PLACE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. DON'T BRING HIGH SPEC BIKES. I BROUGHT ALL PARTS FOR BIKE ASSEMBLY RUINED MY 2000 POUND BIKE, BROKE MY CARBON 130GBP HANDLEBARS WITH TOO MUCH TIGHTENING AND THERE IS CRACK INSIDE. CRANK FELL OFF ALMOST CRASHED. RUDE STORE MANAGER. PAID 180 POUNDS FOR BIKE ASSEMBLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
