I have ordered a TV unit from this company. The home delivery was crazy expensive but ok, lets get delivered as it is large and heavy item. The item arrived with footprints on the box that's not a good start, opened the box and found scratches on every furniture surface. Then I noticed there is water damage on every single pieces... (as on the pictures). I decided to call IKEA next issue is there is no contact phone number on their website. All phone contact removed from their page. Finally I was able to find an old number on their old catalogue. A lady answered the phone who was not helpful at all. I called them back 20 min later, this call answered by a much more helpful advisor and gave me a case number. The problem is not solved but least I can see some activity now. Do not order home delivery from this company as their couriers will damage your furniture. Who is that rocket scientist who leave a furniture in the rain in February?

Impossible to get hold of anyone. Was delivered my wardrobe which the drivers were great but the doors are wrong. 3 days later and still can't get through on phone and social media platforms have generic answer saying someone will be in contact but nothing. 3 days later and same position on hold for over 35 minutes again. Shocking aftersales

Worked there on and off for 16 years.Do not trust the majority of other warehouse co workers as they are out for themselves and will stab you in the back. Most of the team leaders do not know how to work as they sit at the desk on their laptops, they do not show leadership or inspire the workers and also badly managed.

Didn't really get anywhere unfortunately. I wanted three items all if which were in stock in Nottingham but only 2 could actually be purchased and picked up in store for some reason. Called customer services to see if it was something I was doing wrong etc only to be kept waiting......and waiting........and waiting. Now, while I like listening to ABBA, I Don't need to hang on the phone for ages to listen to them. So, Didn't speak to anyone and got nowhere with my enquiry nor my order. Shame really.
