We came in looking for a new pair of shoes for our son today. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We ended up buying three pairs instead. We’ve never visited this store before but after today, it’ll be our go to store.

The employee that helped me was very nice and very helpful! He encouraged me to buy white combat boots but I ended up getting a sick pair of shoes instead. He suggested I get lower socks to suit the shoes (which I did). Very great customer service overall, looking forward to going back.

My daughter went in today to purchase new shoes. Two male staff didn't acknowledge her, a woman came from behind the counter with a cart. We both asked twice for help and for sizing, they all looked at us ignored us and kept talking amongst themselves. You lost out on a great sale. We will not ever step foot in a Journey store again.
