Had my free first class. Very good class, really welcoming, coaches are patient, have great knowledge and were willing to answer any questions I had. Didn't know what to expect but very pleased I went. I will definitely be going again, see you next week!

Great Place for the following reasons: 1) Floor is covered in tatami mats and walls are softented too for MMA training. 2) Great Coach - looks after you so no one would batter you in the first months. 3) It's like a family here
