Couldn't ask for better service. Ordered and within one business day I had my order. There was an issue with my shipping address and I received a phone call right away, and form a \HUMAN\ instead of a \Big Box\ store computer emailing etc to resolve my issue. Personalized service, great prices & great communication that made me feel like a valued customer. Being in sales myself, its great to know there are people out there like me that still know what Customer Service is all about! Boxing Day 2020. When they say come for the knowledge stay for the price they weren’t kidding! Jamie was extremely knowledgeable and he even went to check the display model when he didn’t have the answer immediately. Then to even out do themselves the TV was delivered in an hour. I’ve had pizza take longer. Not my first purchase here and certainly won’t be my last.

Absolutely FANTASTIC service! Everyone was nice and easy to deal with. Never felt pressured or pushed to buy right away. Answered all our questions and were so patient with our several visits and phone calls. So happy with our new refrigerator and the very quick delivery date! Being without a fridge isn't really an option and the team all worked decently to get us the fridge and get it installed in only a few days.

I recently had an issue with one of my car subs. I had messaged several other companies and did not hear back from anyone. I decided to try Kawartha TV and I am glad I did. I messaged the company and within minutes Shaun responded back. He got me in for an appointment right away. He fully inspected my entire system and quickly found the root cause of the problem. He also taught me a few things about my system. He came up with a solutions and repaired the issue. His customer service was above and beyond what I expected. He even followed up with me after to make sure everything was okay. If anyone ever has car sound system questions or issues Shaun at Kawartha TV is the guy to go see.
