Absolute farce of a place. Second only to Sainsburys Stoke on Trent for incompetence. The queue to book in can take an age in itself. Warehouse full and having to tip 4 bays over. Then the wait for paperwork is unbelievable. Went in after an hour to be told that an hour is nothing. This is a brand new distribution centre. It is a disgrace. We drivers do have other pickups or drops to do. How this one can be so bad when nearly all other Lidls are good is unbelievable. Perhaps a shake up of personel may help. One star gives as unable to give zero.

New depot, getting onto a bay to tip not a problem . Return paperwork takes hours

Got assigned a bay within 10mins of arrival, tipped within the hour, waited a further 5 hrs for paperwork. The place is a shambles

Very busy place in terms of lots of lorry's about, went for an interview, very nice interior, really good security and decent cafe.

Not too bad, a self tip of course which is always a pain. Pretty quick on the paperwork so that's a bonus.

Disgusting how long you have to wait to check in and tip your load yourself with no electric pallet truck training. tell them and tick the box that you have had no training but that doesn't matter as long as you tip your load yourself. Hows that work with Health and safety. Then you have to wait an hour or so for your notes so you can leave . We must only have 1 job a day to do they think.. !!!!! ..
