The lack of professionalism is upsetting. Never in all my experiences with a medical lab, of any kind, have I experienced the confrontational and belittling individual that I encountered here. The details are far too numerous and overwhelming to fully explain here without it sounding like I am lashing out. I approached this review when calmed. But the condescending conversation and even eye rolling and snickering by a technician to her \student\ was too much for this cancer patient to handle. I have spent alot of time at hospitals/cancer centres/treatment/labs etc., in the past year and never I have had someone speak to me like this person did.

Worst experience EVER! Was informed at door that there would be a charge for 2 of my daughter's tests totalling 37. They rudely called my teen out of the exam room and told her she was acking up quite a charge\ in full sight of everyone and demanded 5 times that

If you get Cathy your experience will be great! I cannot say enough about her, she makes up for all the unprofessionalism from the others. Others are talking about patients after they leave the office. The way they speak to patients especially seniors is unacceptable. My child even picked up on this the other day.

First time here and what a friendly staff!! Even through all the stress of the current world situation they smiled and laughed. Quick service, only waited 5 minutes. I will come back for sure.

I had to have a blood test today and it was a pleasant experience. This was just one of many visits and once again I would like to say a hug2e thank you to Kathy. Kathy is very pleasant and has no difficulty in drawing my blood, whereas other people have to make 3 or 4 attempts. Kathy has always been able to draw my blood on the first attempt.
