I purchased a car from here recently and could not have been more happy with the service and value I received. Lewis was first class from the initial phone call to the collection of the car 24hrs later! I believe he’s relatively new to the company but had a great knowledge of the vehicle I was looking at and nothing was too much trouble for him. I’m a fussy customer but he was meticulous when inspecting and photographing the car for me and gave me full assurance the car was immaculate. When I arrived to collect the car it was exactly as he described - delighted! I’m aware that not all reviews for Marshall’s are as positive as this one but I would have no hesitation in recommending them and in particular Lewis - he’s a credit to the company and I’m very grateful to him for all his help throughout the sales process. Bad experience with Marshall Land Rover Peterborough. Firstly they took a deposit for a used Discovery Sport that had a seat fault and parts were on back order unknown to me. When they did get a resolution they promised to lend me a car, after a week that never happened. They got me a hire car for the following week until delivery date. On the morning of delivery once the balance of 30k was cleared they announced the car needed the balancer shafts changing. This was the end of the deal in my opinion, and I cancelled the transaction. Unbeknown to me they had booked the hire car on a Customer to pay account to which I got charged 245. All in all a quite deceitful company to deal with!
