How bad should this be? I seriously do not know how they are still in business. The staff are hopeless at best and negligent at the highest level. The owners are even worse...as soon as you walk in, they are staring at you and watching you...even nudging staff to intercept you and ask what you want....then, when you finally get to the counter and give them all your car details, they give you all the wrong parts. My last visit I wanted complete all round brake pads....quite simple you would think until you get home to fit them...ALL WRONG PARTS FOR COMPLETELY DIFFERENT HONDA!!! Then, they have the balls to argue about changing them when they gave you the wrong parts. It's hard to find a more incompetent bunch.....never again!
