This little oasis is amazing. The greenery and crystals have been carefully placed to maximize energy flow. The lighting, colors, music, scents (everything) paired with the body work creates a relaxation comparable to being enlightened.
The immediate feeling of calm is what I noticed first and continued throughout my time at Monadnock Therapeutic Bodyworks. Heather is just amazing. She is caring and warm and I immediately feel at ease when I am near her. Her aura is just so awesome. She worked on areas I need and I feel stress relief that I haven't had in a while.
