I paid for parking and after 2 weeks I get a letter with a fine of 100, be careful with that parking area

Be very careful when parking at this car park. I couldn't make payment after parking because the machines wasn't working nor the app nor the phone payment. I was issued a parking ticket and had to pay a 100 fine. I appealed and NCP didn't even bother to help with the situation. All they are interested in and increasing their profit and havent got the customer at heart. PLEASE AVOID!!! if you can!!!!
