What can I say absolutely beautiful Clouby Grey carpets.. Carpeted the whole house for an absolute bargain price! Feels so soft under foot really can't recommend this company enough! PS hope the van is all repaired.. Excellent customer service can not fault you all! Paula

I had a Grey Selene Saxony Carpet delivered on 21st Jan 2021. When it was fully unrolled in the back bedroom, later that afternoon, I discovered a large fault in the carpet. An area of over 2ft x 1ft of the Hessian Backing is not bonded to the wool pile, there are tears and the pile is not supported. it looks awful. There is a hole in the pile which you can see right through. If this carpet was to be laid, any vacuuming would easily pull up the whole pile. Online Carpets have offered an apology and 10 goodwill gesture, but are refusing to replace the carpet or offer a refund. Online carpets clearly never checked the carpet when they cut the carpet and rolled it up before sending out. Or if they did, they ignored it. In order to get the carpet upstairs and into the bedroom I had to cut the carpet down a little. There was no way that the carpet could have be fully unrolled in the hallway. Online carpets have said that because it is not in its original condition they wont process it any further. Presumably they would like the piece of carpet back so that they can resell it on to another unsuspecting customer. Otherwise what else will they do with it? Online carpets are simply ignoring the Consumer rights act 2015, the carpet they supplied is not as described, it is not of satisfactory quality and it is not fit for purpose. If this carpet were to be laid it would pose a major health and safety risk.
Absolutely incredible service. For the prices I paid, the carpet is beautiful! My dad fitted, which was perfect & I'm IN LOVE with the colour!! Prices, delivery & customer service is second to none!! Will be buying again. Thanks, guys!!
Shame about others experiences. We've just had our second piece of carpet decorating two rooms in our house. Website was easy to understand, navigate. Got a email confirmation and a time sooner to the delivery. They delivered before the time schedule which could be a problem for some. The carpet is good quality, cheap for what it is. Can't reccomend enough. Would recommend even the cheapest underlay as it makes a good difference!
Although my carpet did arrive a few days later than I had expected the price and quality was very good and I have been offered a refund for the cost of delivery to compensate for it not arriving when it was scheduled , I received good communication through email and despite the delay I will probably use these again in the future
Pretty poor service from these guys. Gave them a large order for over 2k of carpet, their promised 'fast delivery' is nonsense..... they have given us two promised dates complete with timeslots when the delivery should have been, no deliveries turned up and zero communication from them - only when I chased did they bother to inform me 'oh no sorry we forgot to load it on the van this morning'. Be interested in whether the carpets actually arrive and the quality when they do - until they, I really couldn't recommend this company as the communcation and service levels are really poor. *updated* since I posted this review, they have actually come back to us and offered us a partial refund. Which is appreciated
AVOID!!! If I could award these guys 0 stars I would. Placed an order in July for November delivery. Order was placed on hold due to needing a bank reference number. This was provided immediately after being told it was required, 2 weeks prior to delivery. Delivery was booked for Friday, I called Monday to check an estimated time slot which I was told they would not know more until the day before. I then called Thursday morning, again I was advised I would receive an email between 3-5pm. After not receiving the email I called, I was then told the order was still on hold & whoever I had provided my bank reference number to had not put this on the system. Eventually after a lot of pressing on my behalf, the delivery was agreed & arranged for Saturday PM. Friday afternoon comes, I receive an EMAIL not a call from the company advising the delivery would be Monday between 7am-7pm... not Saturday as categorically promised just the day before!!! Carpet fitter was booked in for the Friday afternoon & Saturday morning who is now heavily booked up. As this is a new build with no carpets I am now unable to move & stuck trying to find someone who can fit my carpet around this companies 2 HUGE blunders. It seems you get what you pay for with this company, cheap prices with shocking service. I'd advise paying the bit extra to get a proper level of service!
Order process went well and additional delivery charge was paid with a confirmation email to that effect. However.... Next email stated that carpet was on order and due to us being 'offshore' (we are on Skye - approx ten minutes from the mainland on a toll free bridge) they would deliver the carpet in two bits, to quote "The item cut in Half down the length would be fine for this". Sorry but we have had many heavy and bulky items delivered over the years and to suggest cutting a living room size carpet down the middle is just preposterous. They will no doubt state it's the courier's fault, however there's more than one courier out there.
