I had stopped by another glasses store in the mall and was quoted almost 500 for a single vision and frame. I had already left when I decided to check reviews online and found OPTIMAX. I am glad I went back. The experience was very positive. Victoria was absolutely friendly and helpful. She was not looking to make a sale but to genuinely help based on my needs. The prices were very affordable and less than half of what I was previously charged at the other store. Absolutely recommending this business.

Hands down the most knowledgable staff. I went there unaware of what I was looking for, and Erin was so kind and patient in helping me figure out what worked best. She was so helpful and made my experience a 10/10. The customer service was so awesome! I will definitely be telling all of my family and friends to go here! When I went to pick up my glasses, Victoria was able to help me and make sure I got everything together and everything was as good as I hoped. Both of these two people that helped me went above and beyond the regular customer service!

I had to have 3 prescriptions filled and knew the total amount would be over my benefit plan. I went to other eyeglass places who denied using 2 of my existing frames. Natalie, the optical assistant said it was doable without hesitation. She also found me a new 3rd pair which I love and negotiated a very affordable final amount for all 3. I was given one hour service for one pair and had all eyeglasses within a week. I will highly recommend Optimax to my family and friends and tell them to definitely ask for Natalie!
