Delighted with our water fountain - arrived carefully packed with clear instructions. Easy to assemble and operate; looking great and working well so far! Company was very poor at answering emails (not at all) and telephone (slowly), but there is a pandemic disclaimer on the website, so expected I'd have to be persistent... and glad I was!

Would give no stars if i could. Ordered a water fountain & care kit, mistakenly without a pump. Delivery arrived but no care kit was sent out. Rang the company and notified them of the lack of the care kit and paid over the phone for the pump i'd missed off the original order. Never received the pump or the care kit. No one answered multiple emails or phone calls. Online ticket system was just closed everytime i raised one without any response. Shocking that the company is still going - customer service is non-existent.

Awful customer service. My water feature was missing the Care Kit and the note on the box said it would be sent to me within 10 working days. didn't turn up, so I called the company end of August 2020, almost a month after delivery (end July 2020) to find out where it was. Chap said he would send it out straight away. Not received to date and have tried many times to call but cannot get through on the phone or contact form. They owe me and I can't get in touch with them.

Initially order kelkay rock springs water feature, but after the 10 working days and not hearing from the company I called. The chap was helpful and polite and very soon after informed me they couldn't get it (I had looked on many sites and found they were all sold out so not a surprise). Within a day between us we arranged an alternative (argyll forest woodland) and it arrived next available working day. Just set it up and the wife is delighted with it. (Had to call the company as wasnt 100% sure where to put the water - helped no problem). Obviously due to the current situation offices and businesses around the world are working as and when they can so understandably the office is open only a few hours. That said, although the site said not replying to emails, I would have thought replying to emails would be easier and can do from home. Overall helpful, great product, informative site with plenty details. And quick delivery (once sorted), Happy wife - happy life!! Thanks

This company does not even deserve the one star I had to putIf you do dare order from this despicable company, I hope you have nothing go wrong with your product or it doesn’t turn up already damaged as ours did? There Business and customer services and communication is the worst I have ever come across, thank god for PayPal payment protection. Stay well clear of Outdoorlivinguk
