I called the office to explain I had 2 family members funerals to attend on the same day . As the funerals followed on from each other I asked if I could take the flowers for the later funeral to the office so they could arrange for them to be displayed in the correct place, the lady I spoke to was insensitive , she suggested I could take the bouquet for the later funeral in with me whilst attending the first one. I explained I was not comfortable with this so she told me I could take them round the back . She came across as rude and had no idea of how to speak to people who are grieving.Due to the the circumstances I expected to receive a sympathetic welcome and an offer of help. The office staff require training on how to deal with the public , this is not the first time I have had a bad experience with them!

Cannot fault the service that is given and the grounds are very well tended.

Clean, tidy, warm, well kept, attended my aunts funeral yesterday, toilets are clearly signposted and its nicer than the crematoriums at home

My Father passed away last week. I've just called here to ask a couple of simple questions. I have NEVER experienced such an insensitive human being in my life! Even before I had finished asking the first question, this woman interrupted me and told me, 'You should be going through your Funeral Director'! But with a very sarcastic tone too. I was blown away! A person in this woman's position should have a calming and warming nature, considering the business that she's involved with, but clearly, two traits that she truly doesn't have, and probably never will. Whoever is responsible for employing this woman, needs to sit her down and have a bloody good and stern word with her. An horrific experience at a very vulnerable time in my life.

Absolutely disgusting once again our local council couldn't run a bath. Was at a funeral and low and behold we hadn't even left the chapel and the undertakers or whoever they were. We're putting out remembrance cards for the next funeral. How insensitive can the people be running this be. Its6like a production line .
