This is one of the worst businesses I have ever had to deal with. There are constant delivery problems and the staff is extremely discourteous. It is impossible to get anyone on the phone at this paper, and even when a message is left requesting that someone call back, they do not have the common decency to return your call. If it weren't for the grocery fliers, I would tell this business what they can do with their paper. The concept of customer service is non existent with Peterborough This Week!

Ptbo This week is Great but , our paper ends up blown away gets wet all the time on Park St. N. & Chamberlain area . I'd rather not get it at all if this is how the paper person treats customers !! P.s- we do have a MAIL BOX on the front porch !!!!! LOL'S...
