I paid 78 for this company to look at an issue. Then was quoted around 300 for the fix. I wasnt comfortable with the service so sought another opinion. When the 2nd plumber came out he didn't charge and found the issue instantly. Turned out the parts were easy to get and it was a easy job. I was charged half the price and it was resolved in 24 hours.
