I had some champagne flutes engraved for my wedding and the standard of work was good, the time scale was good and I got exactly what I wanted.
Failed to follow detailed instruction on engraving presents for a wedding, ruined 5 items and refused to pay to replace them. He took short cuts on all the items rather than doing as agreed. I would not trust him to engrave a pets collar. Go somewhere else.
