The staff at this location are INCREDIBLY kind, thoughtful, and go above and beyond for folks who aren't even their clients! I had sent a very important, time-sensitive letter through a taxi parcel service for local delivery in Peterborough and the driver mistakenly delivered it to the Purolator drop box here. The intended address was clearly labelled on the envelope, but my phone number was not. Instead of tossing it out or worse, the fine folks here delivered it to the correct address on my behalf. How did I find out? A couple of weeks later I had a pickup here and they remembered my name! With the absolute flood of deliveries they have to make with the pandemic, they took it upon themselves to make sure the parcel was safely delivered. I know it's hard to be patient these days, but you don't have a good deed like this happen to you every day. There's nothing like hearing terrible and amazing news at the same time! Something to keep in mind when we interact with our next front-line counter staff or delivery person! Many thanks!

Great service, a bit more than UPS to the States for only 2hrs from my location.
I was forced to order my textbooks online for the semester. The delivery driver came to the door and made a single attempt to drop off my package and didn't even ring the doorbell or knock so no one knew they were there before taking my package to the holding facility across town. I do not have a car and live on the other end of town, which makes this very inconvenient for me and a huge waste of my time now that I have to go pick it up.
Great service from the OTC staff on-site. In and out fast. Exactly what I want from my courier services provider. Thanks.
Place could be a lot nicer. The counter staff was quick and friendly. Pain to pick up a parcel in an industrial zone. Could use a commercial location and a water dispenser.
