QUAN'S TV & APPLIANCES IS USING COVID 19 AND CURBSIDE PICKUP TO GET RID OF OLD DAMAGED STOCK WITHOUT CUSTOMER KNOWLEDGE BY CONCEALING THE DAMAGES UPON PICKUP. WE PURCHASED A NEW STOVE FROM GLADYS AND ALAN QUAN, THEY GAVE US A DAMAGED, RUSTED STOVE WITH NO BURNER. SOMEONE COULD HAVE BEEN HURT OR BURN MY HOUSE DOWN. THEY WILL NOT REFUND MY MONEY! BUYER BEWARE! It's been one month and we still cannot use our new stove. Alan Quan sold us an unsafe, nonworking and damaged stove during COVID and will not refund our money. BUYER BEWARE!!

Sold my best friend a stove that would catch his house on fire because there was no burner in it. When you turn it on it would arc electricity. A month later still arguing to get their money back. Not gonna shop here ever.

Prices are pretty comparable maybe 100 bucks more but you don’t have to wait for it. You buy your appliances and you leave with them. Great service nice people

I regret the day I walked into Quan Appliance. I ordered an oven in mid-August. FIVE MONTHS later: no oven, no reason for the delay, no delivery date in sight. Not even a \Sorry for the delay.\ Learn from my lesson: DO NOT SPEND GOOD MONEY ON A BAD EXPERIENCE. Get your appliances elsewhere and save yourself a HUGE headache.
