The owners and teachers are very inviting and friendly. The yoga classes are great for all skill levels and the classes are well spaced out for social distancing. This feels like an excellent space to practice yoga and connect with the practice in a time when relaxation and self-care is important.

I love this place! Salti Yoga is definitely the best quality yoga studio in PTBO. It has a variety of different class types including hot yoga and non-heated yoga. There are beginner classes and more advanced classes. It's really beautiful with lots of natural light, big change rooms with showers, a cute little lounge with lots of books and complimentary tea. The teachers are amazing. Each teacher has a slightly different style and you will learn something new from each of them. The customer service is always on point and the place is super clean. The prices are on par with other studios in town and you get so much more from your overall experience. There's also a cute little storefront stocked with Canadian-made apparel. There are high quality yoga mats, leggings, tank tops, sports bras, water bottles and more for sale. It's a classy spot! Go try a class if you haven't already.
I'm fairly new to the Salti yoga lifestyle but I can honestly say that after my first visit, I knew it was exactly what my body, mind & heart needed. The instructors are incredibly kind & knowledgeable. The atmosphere is as warm & welcoming as the staff. Salti Yoga Studio is truly one of my most favourite places to be!
If you haven't yet been to Salti Yoga yet, you're missing out. The staff are some of the most amazing humans I have ever met and the environment is so welcoming and beautiful. They also have a fantastic Intro month offer so there is no excuse not to try them out!
A second little home to expand my practice and find a piece of peace in my life. Classes for all levels and bodies - aerial yoga is so cool and definitely recommend everyone to try!! So clean, and welcoming and just overall a solid space.
