Waited in an empty waiting room for over an hour after the last patient left. Semmler never appeared. He has absolutely no respect for his patients. The receptionist was very apologetic. It's not her fault that this guy has no class. There are sleep clinics in Lindsay and Oshawa. I recommend you go there. Avoid this guy at all costs. A complete waste of time.

They will call at 1230 pm, the day before your appointment, and leave a message saying calling back by noon tomorrow or your appointment will be cancelled. Will cancel your appointment and refuse to budge because you called back at 1220, and not by noon. Rude, and refused to budge. Classic case of we have power, you don't, and we will use it over you, that some enjoy. I thought people that worked in healthcare had compassion, not this place. No compassion for the busy lives we have and what may be going on. Every other doctors office that needs an appointment confirmation calls atleast 2 full business days before. Don't make my mistake, and ask your doctor for a referral to someone else.

Reception is rude. I find Dr. Semmler lacking empathy. Always wait at least an hour and then when you do see him your in and out in ten minutes. Not a very caring Doctor or staff.

Offered very little information after my sleep study results came in. Seemed very disinterested in talking to me. I wouldn't recommend this guy to anyone who's looking for help or information.

Holds you against your past, no understanding, intuitively racist. If possible would highly request going somewhere else.
