Everyone at the Skin Centre was excellent!! From the receptionist at the front desk to Dr O’Tool and her assistant, all of them were very friendly and caring. Highly recommend this facility! Thank you to everyone!!

Have been a patient for over a year now, my appointments are ALWAYS 20 minutes late no matter how early I am, I have had to leave important appointments due to them not running on time. Receptionist is rude and could careless that it’s your time there wasting.

Had been a regular patient at the clinic and have only positive things to say. The nursing staff and the receptionists were always helpful and their consistently positive demeanor gave the clinic a comfortable atmosphere. After moving from the area I required various documents and referrals from the clinic, which were completed with haste and no hassle. Excellent customer service and a caring staff.

Very poor customer service and experience overall. Initial booking was not pleasant and my morning appointment was rushed. I feel that paid-for services here are prioritized and felt they were pushing such services at least in my case. I was a Doctor referral.
